CAMERONI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether it is true, as stated in a Reuter's telegram from St. John's of the 14th instant, that a Joint Committee of both Houses of the Newfoundland Legislature has passed an Address to Her Majesty, protesting against the action of the Imperial Government on 1115 the fisheries question; whether Her Majesty's Government have yet been made aware of the terms of the Address referred to; and whether it will be laid upon the Table of this House?
