ROBERTSONAs I stated a few clays ago, in recent appointments to office, similar to the one referred to in the question, the holder has been restricted from engaging in private practice. I do not at present see any reason to expect that exception will be made in this case, but the question of what salary is to be attached to the office is still under consideration.
