HC Deb 12 May 1890 vol 344 c693
MR. BUCHANAN (Edinburgh, W.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Government will assent to the Second Reading of the Rights of Way (Scotland) Bill, the object of which is to carry into legislation the Resolution of the House passed on 18th March?

*MR, W. H. SMITH

There are two Bills now before the House dealing with this subject. The Government approve, and will be prepared to support, that of the hon Member for I pswich (Sir C. Dalrymple). Looking at the present state of public business, I am unable to offer any facilities for the discussion of the measure.
