HC Deb 12 May 1890 vol 344 c700
MR. MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)

I have given notice of my intention to move for a Return of the number of Civil Bills in the County Courts (Ireland), and appeals therefrom, on the Common Law and Equity Side, from June, 1885, till the present date, showing the number of Appeals actually heard, the number withdrawn, and the number of cases where the decrees of the Court below were affirmed, or varied, or reversed. May I ask if the Motion will be unopposed?

MR. MADDEN

I must ask the hon. Member to postpone the Motion. I have not yet received a Report in reference to the subject.

MR. MACNEILL

I will postpone it until to-morrow.
