BLANE (Armagh, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether representations have reached him that District Inspector Bigley, of Lurgan, lodged a complaint with the superior officer of a member of the Royal Irish Constabulary, named Dennis Burke, that he had been seen walking in company with a Nationalist car owner, named John Byrne, of Portadown, and that, in consequence of the report, Burke was removed to another station; and whether the Government will take any action in the matter?
