HC Deb 18 March 1890 vol 342 c1145
MR. D. CRAWFORD

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Second Reading of the Employers' Liability Bill will be taken before Easter?

* MR. W. H. SMITH

I am unable to hold out much hope that the Bill will be taken before Easter, but next week I will make a definite statement on the subject.
