SEXTONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, at the meeting of the Dublin Port and Docks Board on the 19th ultimo, Alderman Kiernan, who attended as the duly constituted locum tenens for the Lord Mayor of Dublin, a Member of the Board, was obliged by the majority of the members to retire without taking part in the business of the meeting, although he produced his letter of appointment?
