Return ordered, Of Synopsis of Return (presented 30th day of April) of all English Ships loaded with dead weight cargo at the Ports of the Tyne and at Cardiff during the three months ending the 31st day of December, 1889, giving the names of the ships, the net register tonnage in each case, and also the weight of coal actually loaded.

"And, of all Foreign Ships loaded at these Ports, in the following form:—
