KING (Hull, Central)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can explain the reason of the delay in the erection of a new lighthouse at Dimlington, near Withernsea, for which land had been already purchased; and whether the Government has been made aware of the continued danger that is being caused to passing steamers by the delay?
