SMITHOn the Motion for adjournment I wish to say that, having endeavoured to find out the views of all parts of the House, I have come to the conclusion that I had better definitely put the Motion which stands in my name down for Monday, March 3rd, and I propose on Tuesday to ask for facilities for Supply.
