HC Deb 17 February 1890 vol 341 c440
MR. LENG (Dundee)

I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether his attention has been directed to the Report of the Royal Commission on Grocers' Licenses in Scotland, and whether he is prepared to take any steps to give legislative effect to the recommendations which that Commission made 12 years ago?

MR. J. P. B. ROBERTSON

My attention has recently been directed to the Report referred to, but I cannot give the hon. Member any undertaking that the Government will at present propose legislation on the subject.
