HC Deb 04 December 1890 vol 349 c538
COLONEL NOLAN (Galway, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the provision he is making for a change of potato seed in Ireland, in sufficient time to permit of arrangements being made for the purchase and distribution of seed, without the hurry and confusion of 1880?

MR. MADDEN

My right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary is pledged to bring in a Bill, and he proposes to introduce it to-night.
