HC Deb 04 December 1890 vol 349 c538
MR. COX

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a large and influentially signed Memorial in favour of the construction of a line of light railway between Ennis and Scarriff; and, if so, whether the Government intend to agree to the request of the Memorial?

MR. MADDEN

I am informed that the Memorial was received on Saturday last. No decision has yet been arrived at.
