§ 1. "That a sum not exceeding £7,533 be granted to Her Majesty to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1891, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Office of Her Majesty's Secretary for Scotland and Subordinate Offices."
§ 2. "That a sum not exceeding £3,795 be granted to Her Majesty to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1891, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Board of Lunacy in Scotland."
§ 3. "That a sum not exceeding £4,025 be granted to Her Majesty to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year 211 ending on the 31st day of March 1891, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Department of the Registrar General of Births, &C, in Scotland."
