WEBSTER,) Isle of WightIn reply to the hon. and learned Member I have to say that the matter has been carefully considered; but it involves so much difficulty in connection with the due conduct of cases in remote country districts that Her Majesty's Government have not, at present, been able to devise any scheme which is entirely satisfactory, and I cannot undertake to introduce any Bill this Session.
