FRASER-MACKINTOSH (Inver-nessshire)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether lands adjacent to crofter's holdings, propelled or conveyed since the passing of the Crofters' Acts by a proprietor to his eldest son and apparent 683 heir, are thereby no longer liable to be taken for the enlargement of the holdings of the adjacent crofters?
