§ MR. PICKERSGILLI beg to give notice that on the Vote for the salary of the Home Secretary, or upon the next Vote on Account, I will challenge the reply which the Home Secretary gave last evening with regard to the case of Richard Davies and will take the opinion of the House upon the subject.
