HC Deb 09 May 1889 vol 335 c1550
MR. W. A. MACDONALD (Queen's County, Ossory)

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Government have abandoned their policy of developing the industrial resources of Ireland; and, if not, when and in what manner they propose to give effect to that policy?

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

I propose, in the course of a very few days, to introduce the Bills relating to drainage and light railroads, to which I have already referred more than once in answer to questions.
