§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONThe scheme in question is one suggested by an officer, when in a subordinate position, upon the re-organization of his own corps. I do not think it would be advisable to make documents of this character Parliamentary Papers. If the Commission specially appointed to inquire into the organization and administration of the Army and Navy, and of which the noble Lord is a Member, desire this scheme and the papers attached to it, I will at once produce it.
