asked the Under Secretary of State for India whether the Secretary of State has yet received any information as to the case of Nuthoo Wilson, now a prisoner at Tehri Gurwhal; and, whether he can lay upon the Table the Report on the case of Nuthoo Wilson, recently made by Mr. Reed, Commissioner at Kumaon?
