THOMAS ELLISI beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether the names of the persons to be nominated by the Lord President of the Council on the Joint Education Committees, under the Intermediate and Technical Education (Wales) Act, will be published on or before 1st November, the date of the commencement of the Act?

HART DYKE,) Kent, DartfordSo soon as the Act comes into operation the County Councils will, I presume, proceed to nominate members to form part of the Joint Education Committees, and I apprehend that the Lord President will be prepared to make his nominations coincide in point of time as much as possible.
