WATT (Glasgow, Camlachie)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government have under consideration the question of conceding a measure of Constitutional Reform to the Colony of British Guiana, similar to that granted to other West Indian Colonies; and, whether he can state a date when he will probably be able to intimate to the Colony the decision of Her Majesty's Government on the subject?
