HC Deb 02 August 1889 vol 339 c182
MR. CHANNING (Northamptonshire, E.)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when the Consular Reports and other Papers relating to the condition of Armenia will be in the hands of Members?

* SIR J. FERGUSSON

They are in the hands of the printer, and I am led to expect that they will be in the hands of hon. Members on Thursday or Friday of next week. Their presentation has been delayed by the printing of other Papers that have been asked for.

MR. CHANNING

Will the Papers be in the hands of Members before the Consular Vote is taken?

* SIR J. FERGUSSON

I think they will. I believe it is impossible that the Vote can be reached next week.
