§ BARON H. DE WORMSHer Majesty's Government have no information on the subject of the first question. Had any such rising occurred, the Governor would doubtless have reported it by telegraph. The Secretary of State has no recent information as to the progress of the work referred to in the second question. The answer to the third question is in the affirmative.
