Yes, Sir. The Committee which is considering the dietary of soldiers has commenced its labours under the presidency of my hon. Friend the Member for Exeter (Sir Stafford Northcote); with whom are associated my hon. and gallant Friends the Members for Hammersmith (General Goldsworthy) and the Ince Division of Lancashire (Colonel Blundell), Sir Redvers Buller, Sir Arthur Haliburton, and Surgeon General Massey.
