THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. GOSOHEN) (St. George's, Hanover Square), in reply, said, that he proposed, either when he made his Financial Statement, or on another opportunity, to explain fully the manner in which the Local Loans Stock had been dealt with.
