THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN)(who replied) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)said: The Land Commissioners inform me that a Sub-Commission has been sitting in County Antrim since the 7th of February, and will continue its sittings during the whole of the month of March.
