HC Deb 25 June 1888 vol 327 c1147
THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR) (Manchester, E.)

Mr. Speaker, perhaps it will meet the convenience of this House if I make a statement in reference to the Return asked for by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Newcastle-upon-Tyne (Mr. John Morley). I did my best to have that Return printed, and the printers in Dublin worked the whole of Saturday and also on Sunday. I have got over at this moment 24 copies, and they are at the disposal of the House. I think, perhaps, the best method of distributing them will be to give them to the hon. Gentlemen who are in charge of the Business of the House, who will distribute them to those Members on both sides of the House who are in urgent need of them for the purpose of speaking.
