As it has been intimated to me that probably the debate on the Motion of the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Newcastle-upon-Tyne (Mr. John Morley) will not be concluded this evening, I beg to give Notice that at the Sitting of the House to-morrow I shall move that the adjourned debate have precedence of Notices of Motion and Orders of the Day. I also beg to give Notice that I shall move to suspend the Twelve o'clock Rule.
