BALFOUR) (Manchester, E.), in reply, said, as the House was aware, he was anxious to state the general policy of the Government with regard to the recommendations of the Commission on Irish Public Works; but he had not yet had an opportunity of doing so. Perhaps the hon. Member would wait until an opportunity arose.
