§ THE PRESIDENT (Mr. RITCHIE) (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)The Board, on the 29th of last month, addressed a Circular Letter to Boards of Guardians drawing their attention to the clause in the County Electors Act with regard to the appointment of registration officers.
