ELLIS (Merionethshire)asked the Secretary to the Board of Trade, Whether the Board of Conservators of the Dovey Fishery District has ever complied with the Regulation contained in Section 30 of "The Salmon Fishery Act, 1873," that the holders of licences for fishing in common or public waters should annually elect a representative on the Board; and, if not, whether he will take steps to secure compliance with the provisions of the Act?
