§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Sir HENRY HOLLAND) (Hampstead)said, that his former answer as to the publication of the Minutes of the Conference was not strictly correct. The Papers and Minutes would be revised; and it was possible that the proceedings referring to the New Hebrides and the negotiations with Franco might not be included; but no decision had yet been arrived at.
