asked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether, on the passing of the Criminal Law Amendment (Ireland) Bill, the Government will take into consideration to recommend to Her Majesty the Queen, in celebration of Her Jubilee year, a general amnesty in Ireland to all persons undergoing imprisonment for agrarian crime, excepting such as have been guilty of violence to the person?
