§ THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)In view of the representations made by the pilots and their representatives, Her Majesty's Government are willing to grant the Committee next Session. The question raised by the Bill of the hon. Member for Hull (Mr. King), dealing with pilotage certificates, must be referred to such Committee when appointed.
§ MR. KING (Hull, Central)said, that, under the circumstances, he would not proceed further with his Bill, but re-introduce it next Session.
