THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN)(who replied) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)said: The Inspectors of Lunatics state that there is no reason for holding back their Annual Report, beyond the fact that it is still in the printer's hands. They expect to be in a position to submit it fur presentation next week. I think the hon. Member will find that this is the usual period of the year for the presentation of the Annual Reports of Public Departments.
