§ THE SECRETARY (Baron HENRY DE WORMS) (Liverpool, East Toxteth)The Fourth Report of the Board of 1821 Trade, under Section 131 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, which includes the Report referred to by the hon. Member, was presented on Monday last, and will shortly be circulated. The Report of last year was not delivered until the 21st of September.
