§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER (Mr. PLUNKET) (Dublin University), in reply, said, his Department had no control over the churchyard of St. Margaret's, which was enclosed on Jubilee Day by order of the Churchwardens. He was glad, however, to see that steps had been taken for restoring the turf to its original condition.
