§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Mr. CHARLES RUSSELL)The Question of the hon. Member only appeared in the Paper this morning. I presume it is intended to relate to the sitting and voting of the hon. Member for Northampton in the 1902 present Parliament. If I am right in that supposition, I should be much obliged if the hon. Member would repeat his Question this day week, in order to give me an opportunity of consulting the Government.
