FOWLER) (Wolverhampton, E.)The question of the River Bann Drainage and Navigation is one that has been before many Secretaries to the Treasury, and I think that a final decision should be taken as soon as possible. I may repeat that, as I said in my answer to the hon. Member some days ago, the Treasury will look with favour upon a proposal to consolidate the Drainage and Navigation Boards.
