§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI am not aware of any present intention to withdraw the provision for this school, but the case is undoubtedly one of those which would be dealt with under the Bill now before the House, should it become law; and in any scheme which might be formulated with respect to it, the educational requirements of the locality would, of course, be a primary consideration.
