asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he can lay upon the Table of the House the Report of the Commission with reference to the proposed incorporation of the Town of Tunbridge Wells?

I have to state in reply to the right hon. Gentleman that the Report of the Commission is made for the information of the Lords of the Council, and is always treated as a confidential document.
