§ SIR HENRY TYLERasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he has made further inquiry, and has satisfied himself that there is an interval of 6 hours and 20 minutes, from 7.55 a.m. to 2.15 p.m., between the breakfast and luncheon of the gentleman cadets at Woolwich; and, whether he will either cause that interval to be shortened, or direct that a small intermediate 1691 meal be furnished to the cadets, with time for partaking of it?
