§ MR. HIBBERTThis question has passed out of the hands of the Treasury. The Lord Lieutenant has decided to appoint a Commission to deal with it. The Commission will consist of Lord Castle-town, Sir John M'Kerlie, Colonel Garden, and Messrs. Cassidy, Humphrey Smith, and Richard Hassard; they will be appointed at once in order that they may inspect the river during the coming spring season.
