§ MR. CHAMBERLAINThis Report has had the very careful attention of the Board of Trade during the Recess, and we have now prepared recommendations and conclusions on the subject. These have now been submitted to the Government. The matter is of very great importance; and I can assure the hon. Member that no time will be lost in coming to a final decision.
