MR. MAYNE

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If there is any necessity, or if any instructions have been given, for the watching by policemen, both in and out of uniform, of the place of meeting of the Usher's Quay "Ward Branch of the Irish National League; and, if the same is to be continued?
