HIBBERT, in reply, said, that since the Petroleum Bill of last Session was withdrawn Colonel Majendie had been in communication with these in the petroleum trade, and the result of these communications was that a Bill would be prepared, and Her Majesty's vernment hoped to be able to in- 158 troduce it some time after Easter, probably in the House of Lords.
