asked the President of the Local Government Board, If his attention has been called to the hearing of the appeal against the removal of William Davis and family from Plymouth to Londonderry, heard at Plymouth before the Recorder, when it was proposed to give evidence by three independent witnesses that the books of the Plymouth Board had been tampered with since the commencement of the proceedings; and, if the Local Government Board intend to hold an inquiry into the matter?
