§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEFurther Papers on Egyptian affairs will be presented to Parliament, and will include Dr. Crookshank's Report. I am not prepared to lay it as a separate Paper, as this course is inconvenient, and was objected to by right hon. Gentlemen opposite in the debate on the last Vote of Censure.
