§ MR. EVELYN ASHLEY,in reply, said, the Papers which were laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday gave all the information required. This matter was not a very simple one, and as the Papers would be in the hands of Members in a short time, he must refer the hon. and gallant Member to them.
